We take reports of unsafe situations and undesirable behavior seriously. Complaints submitted through this form are reviewed biweekly by a team appointed by the president of Diversified Automotive, who is responsible for the complaints procedure.

What happens next after you submit your report?

• You will receive a confirmation email of your submission
• Your submission will be sent to HR and company administrators
• Appropriate parties will investigate the complaint
• Company administrators will contact you with findings through contact information provided
